He has been a part of Peshawar Zalmi since the PSL 6 in which he participated as Net batsman and then later on the next season he joined the Zalmi Squad for PSL 7 Throughout his PSL campaign, he has been Sublime with the bat which is evident from his speedy knocks against the opposition. Although he is a wicket-keeper, his fielding skills are also impeccable, a joint catch he took with Hazat-ullah-zazai was one of the best catches of the entire PSL history. He is an integral part of the Pakistani international cricket team and has shown his mettle in the T20 WC '22 where his innings always made a difference for the Pakistani team.
